STRIKER Peter Sutton and defender Dennis Mulholland are the latest players to be released by Reds manager Rod Brown.
The United boss released the duo after the additions of Mark Scott, Nicky Clark, Gary Knight, Mark Taylor and Jimmy Quiggan in recent weeks.
Sutton, signed by Brown from Studley last season, had been pushed out of the side after the arrival of Quiggan and Scott despite being a regular - alongside Lee Booth - after Paul Danks' close season departure.
Mulholland returned to the Valley as one of Brown's close season signings.
Winger Matty Hall (fractured cheek) and midfielder Richard Softley (knee ligaments) are the only doubts for Saturday's trip to Weston super Mare.
