After releasing the four-week chart topping single Ignition - Remix, you would have thought that R Kelly's new album would have been great.

But it has had poor ratings and reviews, and to be quite honest, it is obvious why.

This is his seventh album and features a mixture of down-tempo tracks, including Heart Of A Woman and You Made Me Love You along with a paltry offering of upbeat tunes.

The more upbeat tracks include the two Ignition tracks, the original and the released Remix, his newest single, Snake, featuring Big Tigger, and the two Step In The Name Of Love tracks, also the original and Remix.

If you are unlucky enough to get hold of the bonus CD, it features a selection of tracks including the Ali soundtrack, The World's Greatest, but each song sounds remarkably similar to the rest.

Most tracks are slow and boring, especially the over-lengthy Showdown, featuring Ronald Isley, which will waste seven minutes, 54 seconds of your time.
