Dear editor - Two years ago, Bromsgrove Rovers were hours away from closing down and it was only due to the intervention of the current chairman that the Rovers are now a power to be reckoned with again having completed two extremely successful seasons.

Success on the field relies very much on co-operation behind the scenes and any disruption there filters through to the players can affect their game. Everyone has been aware for some time that the Rovers are likely to move to a new ground, which will benefit both the club and the town with better facilities for all. The proposed area is only just minutes outside the town and I'm sure that the club would provide a minibus at a nominal charge for supporters without transport. It appears, however, that the club is not allowed to do anything without the approval of the Supporters Association, which insist on having access to the club's and council's proposals. At this time it is important that all true supporters should put their faith in Tom Herbert and his directors and let them get on with the job of running the club without interference and trust them to keep the supporters informed as things develop.

A true supporter.
