THEY may not always see eye to eye, but Worcestershire Headteachers' Forum clearly thinks a lot of Mike Foster.
In its latest newsletter, the forum has promoted him to the post of junior education minister. Mike is actually a Parliamentary aide to Higher Education Minister Margaret Hodge, a job widely known as the first rung on the Ministerial ladder.
But not quite there, all the same. Mike said: "I'm flattered".
