MALVERN'S cycling club, Velo Club Sevale, is inviting novice riders to try a 5.5 mile time trial at Hanley Swan on Tuesday (June 10) at 7pm.
All types of bicycles are acceptable and there is a minimum age of 12 years unless riding on the back of a tandem. Parental consent is needed for riders under 18 years.
There is no entry fee and visitors will receive advice from experienced riders. The marshalled flat course is clearly marked and there will be certificates awarded to all finishers.
Prizes will be awarded for first novice, first under 16, first over 40, first mountain bike and first lady rider.
