MP Sir MICHAEL Spicer has said he would fight the construction of a 33- metre high mast at Great Malvern Station.
Network Rail wants to erect the mast as part of a new digital communication system called GAM-R.
However, the MP for West Worcester-shire said on Wednesday he would, along with Malvern Hills District Council, contact the Deputy Prime Minister to say that the mast was inappropriate for a Conservation Area.
