ATHLETICS: Amazing Feet Running Club's Debbie Sault recorded a fine personal best in only her second marathon at Lake Vyrnwy in Wales.
Sault recorded 3 hours 51 minutes 15 seconds to finish in 92nd position out of 199, 15th lady and second in her age category.
She knocked 27 minutes off her marathon debut time just six weeks ago at London.
