I AM writing concerning a Brian Hunt's letter (You Say, May 22) about new rules for claiming pensions for all the pensioners and other vulnerable people.
Personally, my husband and I have our benefits paid into our building society, which works all right, but for many elderly or infirm, this is not so easy.
A lot of elderly people don't always have savings and so on, so a bank account isn't the easier option.
Then there is the personal touch encountered by people going to their local post office.
