THREE Midlands soldiers who served in Iraq had an emotional homecoming at the Stourport caravan park they have visited since they were children.
Eighteen-year-old twins Michael and Mark Blakeway, of Rowley Regis, and Ricky Atkins, 19, of Birmingham, joined in the party on Sunday night after flying back to the UK last week.
"They grew up together down here," said the manager of Severnside Caravan Park Joe Homer.
"Everybody on the park organised the party - it was rocking and rolling."
The three served in the Irish Guards and a minute's silence was observed on the night in memory of a friend who was killed in the war.
