A PLANNING application for 24 homes on the site of the Jaffar garage in Crabbs Cross was withdrawn at the last minute.
The plans by Wimpey Homes, for the Evesham Road site, were withdrawn after planning officers recommended they be refused by councillors on the planning committee last week.
Officers felt the plans constituted an 'over-development of the site'.
It is not known if they will be resubmitted.
