A CHARITY dinner raised more than £1,200 for Macmillan Cancer Relief.
NEW College catering students held the fund-raising event last Tuesday at the Old Library Restaurant in Church Green.
More than 50 guests enjoyed a champagne reception followed by a four-course meal prepared by the students.
