YOU'VE printed some letters criticising the fountains at the Quayside recently.

Apart from the mean-spirited attitude the writers displayed, a good part of the project was funded through the generosity of Cecil Duckworth.

I can only think your correspondents haven't been there when local and visiting families are enjoying this attractive place.

Mr Duckworth deserves better than this.

In fact, should the people of Worcester not be thinking of some kind of public acknowledgement of all the good work he has instigated through is splendid generosity.
