A RECRUITMENT agency is holding a free seminar on employment legislation.
Randstad, in Worcester, has joined forces with Peninsula, the UK's largest law consultancy firm, to deliver the seminar.
It is due to take place on Thursday, May 1, at the Fownes Hotel, City Walls Road, Worcester, from 9.30am to 12.30pm.
"New legislation is being introduced in the UK all the time," said a Randstad spokesman.
Legislation
"Recently, it has been the fixed-term contractor legislation, the NI increase and the Minimum Wage increase, due this October.
"It is likely that the UK will continue to be affected by EU legislation and these will bring with them more rights for casual and fixed term employees.
"This legislation will have an impact on those businesses that employ staff on a fixed term contract and companies need to be well informed."
