BO Henriksen and Lee Ayres will be available for selection tomorrow when Kidderminster Harriers' slim Nationwide League Division Three play-off hopes go on the line against Hull City at Boothferry Park (3pm).

Leading marksman Henriksen returns after serving a two-match suspension while young defender Ayres has recovered from a gashed ankle which he sustained against Lincoln City on March 25.

Harriers, however, have a number of players on the casualty list including on-loan midfielder John Melligan who has been ill and undergone tests for suspected appendicitis.

Adie Smith has a knee injury which he aggravated in last Saturday's 2-0 defeat against promotion-chasing Wrexham at Aggborough.

Smith's fellow defender Kenny Coleman continues to struggle to overcome a stomach problem.

Although Harriers have a slight chance of reaching the play-offs following their goalless draw at York City on Monday, manager Ian Britton accepts that it will be Third Division football again at Aggborough next season.

He said: "Mathematically it's still possible but really Monday was a must-win. Whatever happens, I think we've proved a few people wrong by keeping the challenge going into the last week of the season.

"We were favourites to be relegated at the start of the year. But I'm disappointed because we have had a great chance to get into the play-offs.

"We can play as well as anybody is this league but it's consistency that makes you successful.

"We have let ourselves down too often. We've got a 20-goal striker and we've scored goals throughout the team but we have conceded too many unnecessary goals through individual mistakes."

Harriers, who have won just once in their last nine outings, go into the match in 11th place, four points adrift of the play-off zone.

To stand any chance of finishing in a top seven spot they must win tomorrow and against Bristol Rovers at Aggborough in their last game a week tomorrow.

Harriers will be bidding to complete a 'double' over The Tigers who lost 1-0 at Aggborough after Danish front-runner Henriksen notched a 60th minute winner.

The defeat was another nail in the coffin of former Aggborough boss Jan Molby who was sacked as Hull's manager shortly afterwards and replaced by Peter Taylor.

The Tigers are currently two places below Harriers in the table having won three and lost two of their last five matches.

FORMCAST: Harriers to share the spoils in a 1-1 draw.
