JUST a reminder that the annual coffee morning organised by the Forthampton and District Royal British Legion is on Bank Holiday Monday, May 5 from 10.30am to noon, in the village hall. There will be stalls and attractions, games and raffles. Proceeds from this event are for branch funds and Poppy Appeal. Do come and support the work of the Legion.
Advance notice of a concert to be held in St Peter's Church on Saturday evening, May 10. This will be a performance by the Meadowsweet Singers to help raise funds for the Deanery Angali School Appeal. Tickets £5 on the door, which will include refreshments and a glass of wine.
