THREE bungalows are set to be built in Callow Hill after planners gave the scheme the go-ahead in principle even though Rock Parish Council had recommended refusal.
The council feared the development would lead to the "over-intensification" of the site but it was overruled by Wyre Forest District Council's planning (development control) committee.
