BO Henrisken knows exactly how many goals he wants to score for promotion-chasing Kidderminster Harriers this season - but he's keeping it a secret!

The Danish front-runner has found the net 17 times so far this term and he's convinced there's more to come.

The 28-year-old said: "I have set myself a target but I will keep that figure to myself until the end of the season.

"Announcing to everybody that you want to score say 20 or 30 goals only puts unnecessary pressure on you so that's why I will keep quiet at the moment. I'll let you know in May if I have reached that figure!"

Henriksen has become Kidderminster's leading marksman this season with a healthy input of smartly taken goals.

And it's impressive performances since joining Harriers in November 2001 that has made him a firm favourite with the Aggborough faithful.

He said: "Right from the time I played my first match the fans have been absolutely brilliant with me.

"Having the backing of your own supporters makes things so much easier for you when you play.

"Even when you miss an easy chance they have a go, they just encourage you to try and do better."

Henriksen began his career as a youngster at Danish Super League side OB Odense.

He later moved to Herfolge and was part of the side that won the Danish Super League title in 2000.

On Tuesday he notched Harriers first ever Football League hat-trick in a 5-2 victory against Exeter City at St James Park.

It was the most number of goals Kidderminster have scored so far in a Football League match.
