WORK has started on the New 'Link 2 ... Malvern Hills College' Centre in Worcester Road Malvern Link.
The centre will house the Malvern Open Access Centre, including Ukonline and Vale Training to offer training opportunities to local people.
Courses on offer will include skills for life, computer skills, internet and email. Staff and facilities are hoping to move by March 1, with a grand opening in April.
