A man charged with a sex attack on a nine-year-old girl is facing trial by jury.
Paul Atherton, aged 45, of Church Road, Malvern, denied indecent assault when he appeared at Worcester Crown Court on Tuesday.
The charge alleges that he touched the victim under her clothing and kissed her between June and September 2001.
Judge John Cavell granted the defendant bail.
