WHAT on earth are we, the people of Kidderminster, coming to?

Isn't there anyone on our council who has the guts to stand up and say we must retain some of our heritage? Please leave the Piano Building alone.

With all the modern methods of building, I am sure the architects of today could leave the outside alone and convert the interior of the building.

Councillor Jamie Shaw says he wants to walk along the canal after visiting the cinema and having a meal - well, he's in Areley Kings. I suppose he admires that big white building (Church House) not 200 yards away from him.

It seems funny that a preservation order can be obtained for that ugly and dirty building. Mr Shaw should just go and look at the brickwork on the Piano Building - it is beautiful after all these years.

It would be a crime to lose this building. We have lost so much history and character in this wonderful town of Kidderminster. Enough is enough.

Come on people, we elect councillors to look after us and our needs, not to bulldoze and bow down to big money developers. It is our town, not theirs.
