Elgar and Birmingham is the talk being given to The Elgar Society at the Birthplace Museum, Lower Broadheath.
The speaker tomorrow (Saturday) at 2.30pm is Lyndon Jenkins, a lecturer, writer and broadcaster on music, who is also special projects officer at Birmingham's Symphony Hall.
He will cover the role Birmingham played in Elgar's career, and the importance of his music in the city's music scene today.
