WORCESTERSHIRE County Council was due to rubber stamp its budget proposals at a full council meeting today.
Councillors have already recommended a rise of nearly 13 per cent with the extra going on more cash for schools, social services, libraries and the county's roads.
The full tax bill for Vale people for the next financial year beginning in April, which includes the district and parish precepts and police charges, is due to be announced next week.
