GOAL machine Bo Henriksen has stressed victories are more important to Kidderminster Harriers than any quest to be crowned Division Three's top striker.

Rather than revealing his goal targets, Henriksen is letting his feet do the talking after securing Harriers' first Football League hat-trick in Tuesday's 5-2 win at Exeter.

The flamboyant Danish striker has scored 17 goals this season with six in the last four fixtures alone.

He is now just behind Wrexham hot-shot Andy Morrell (21) in the league scoring stakes and is gunning for Boston who fourth-placed Harriers head to on Saturday.

But, after helping Harriers slay bottom-of-the-table Exeter, Henriksen said: "The most important thing was three points. Everyone is delighted at being fourth in the table but we need to take it on to Boston.

"We took our chances well at Exeter but I have to say their defence wasn't the best I have ever seen. I could have scored even more."

Harriers can potentially jump into the automatic promotion places with victory at struggling Boston who were promoted from the Conference last season.

Ian Britton's side are just one point off third-placed Bournemouth who they beat earlier this month.

And Britton believes his players are perfectly capable of another good result this weekend if they are in the right frame of mind.

He said: "We've got pace and the people who are willing to go past defenders. When they are in the mood they can cause problems to any team in this league.

"The lads now believe that they are as good as anything else in this division. As soon as we got the first goal at Exeter, it was one-way traffic."

Defenders Kenny Coleman (torn stomach muscle) and Scott Stamps (groin) are still out.

But Stamps returns to full training on Monday and is being pencilled in for the squad to face Scunthorpe on Saturday, March 1.

Meanwhile, Britton has put plans to loan a Division Two player on hold as his target is currently injured.

He has extra space in the squad after last week releasing the club's record signing Andy Ducros, now at Burton, and centre-back Abdou Sall.

Harriers will now visit Lincoln City on Tuesday, March 25 (7.45pm).
