THE club held its annual Wassail at Avoncroft Arts Centre, Bromsgrove, when more than 100 people attended, including 30 musicians drawn from around the West Midlands.
The singing was led by Bill Kinsman and between the carols, the wassailers were entertained with songs and traditional music for flute and harp.
At the interval, drinks and hot mince pies were served by members of the Avoncroft Folk Dance Club and a collection of £230 was given in aid of Cancer Research UK.
