AN evening of entertainment has been organised by a man who is not unaccustomed to being in the spotlight himself.
Singing postman Darren Richards beat thousands of hopefuls to appear on Granada's Stars in Their Eyes three-and-a-half years ago as American country singer Joshua Kadison.
But he is planning to deliver a first class night of variety at Kidderminster Harriers Social Club on Saturday, January 18.
Wyre Forest band Tom the Frop, who are planning a mammoth concert in aid of a cancer charity this spring, will be belting out a host of 60s classics while ventriloquist Paul Levent will also be on hand to keep the audience amused.
Darren can be contacted for tickets and more information on 01562 822274.
