DAIRY farmers are being invited to apply for places on a new training programme designed for existing and aspiring farmer directors or council members of milk groups.
The initiative will help develop the sophisticated business skills and knowledge required to maintain strategic direction and long-term growth of their businesses.
Training will be organised and run by the Royal Association of British Dairy Farmers and the Plunkett Foundation, with the aim of strengthening the competitiveness of the milk groups within an increasingly complex dairy industry.
Detailed information about course content and application forms are available from the RABDF on 01926 887477 or email office@rabdf.co.uk.
