The attack happened at about 5.30pm on December 29 on Kidderminster's Coronation Way.

The victim, who is in her 20s, was walking towards Burcher Green when she was pushed from behind.

She hit her head on a pavement but did not need hospital treatment.

"She was then aware of the three males running away from her having taken the purse off the floor."

All are described as white boys between 11 and 13, 5 ft 5 ins and of average build.

The victim, in her mid 20s, was injured at about 2.40am on Sunday morning outside the town hall but did not need hospital treatment.

A Kidderminster Police spokeswoman said it was "possible" the woman had been attacked.
