A MIDSUMMER Night's Dream with a difference is to be staged at the Roses Theatre in Tewkesbury. A special adaptation of Shakespeare's comedy masterpiece presented by Gloucester's High School for Girls, promises to be a real hoot. The Bard meets the Beano in a witty, fast-paced and thoroughly modern adaptation. Love, fairies, ballroom dancing and a talking donkey are just some of the subjects to beat the post-Christmas blues. Curtain goes up on January 27 and 28.
