A WORCESTER family has finished its best-ever Christmas with a trip to the theatre and a free meal.
Stephanie and Chris Price, and their son Daniel, were the lucky winners of the Evening News Twelve Days of Christmas competition, which saw the family win a complete Christmas, absolutely free.
The family, from Saltwood Avenue, Warndon Villages, shopped for a Christmas tree, a turkey, festive food and drink, clothes, toys, books and jewellery from 11 of Worcester's best-loved shops.
But their booty, worth £3,000, was completely free, after their name was drawn from the 1,370 entries, who had all collected the 12 tokens from the Evening News during two weeks in November.
The family's 12th prize was a visit to Malvern Theatres to see Dick Whittington on Monday.
Unfortunately, Mr Price was unable to attend the performance, due to illness.
