WORK has been under way at Arrow Vale Sports Centre with a series of improvements for the new year.
As well as a £180,000 state-of-the-art fitness suite opened in June, recent customer surveys have resulted in new changing rooms, a customer viewing area and main corridor refurbishment.
New storage units are also being built.
The building projects are part of a joint funding project between Redditch Council, Worcestershire County Council and Arrow Vale Community High School.
And in spring, a new synthetic sports pitch will be installed as part of another Redditch Council and county council project.
