HUNDREDS of children are expected to join in a fancy dress procession marching through Kidderminster town centre.
The Three Kings' Parade will feature traditional trolley floats, buggies, prams and civic dignitaries from Wyre Forest, carnival queens - and the giant three kings models. Courtney Pitt, three, shows off her costume ready for the parade.
Nearly 500 children will be parading round the town before gathering for an open-air carol service in the Bull Ring.
Organiser Ron Cox said: "We will have decorated pushchairs, prams and buggies, so we could see up to 500 children taking part this year.
"We are also allowing individuals and families to take part, and there will be trophies to be won on the day."
The annual colourful spectacle, which will be led by Kidderminster mayor Ken Stokes, will start from the town hall at 4pm on Saturday, December 14.
All proceeds are in aid of Kidderminster Junior Phab (Physically Handicapped and Able-Bodied).
Anyone interested in dressing up for the yuletide event should call Ron Cox on 01562 748046.
