At the annual meeting, Pat Mullard reported on the half-yearly council meeting, and Daphne Thompson on Parchment Day, when Christmas cards were made.
Pesident Angie McCarthy was re-elected, as were secretary Linda Sprosen and treasurer Olive Broadfield.
Gill Munslow and Mrs Broadfield shared the glass bowl for competition winners throughout the year. Both are taking up a Denman bursary in January.
The next meeting is a skittles evening at Kingsford Country Park.
Tuesday, January 14 is the date for the next open members' evening, at St Cecilia's Church Hall. John Fletcher will tell The Roy Castle Story.
