NORTH Midlands have switched their Midlands 18-Group Clubs Championship match against Warwickshire on Sunday from Droitwich to Kings Norton.

The Droitwich pitch suffered in the recent wet weather so a switch was made to the fast-draining surface at Kings Norton's Hopwood ground.

Meanwhile, Droitwich twice beat Bromsgrove in U12 matches.

Droitwich recovered from 7-0 down to win the first game 14-7 with tries from Bobbie Scott-Walker, who also landed two conversions, and David Edwards.

In the second game Droitwich, 14-0 down at one stage, recovered for a 21-19 victory. Jack Pomroy, Will Baillon and Mitchell Williams scored tries with James Brookes converting all three, the last with the last kick of the match.
