GINA Penn, a member of the Refectory staff, lost her hair as part of the Children in Need fund-raising activities at Evesham College by both students and staff.
Sponsored by staff, students and visitors she raised £400 and said: "It's easier than a bungee jump. You need to be really brave to do that."
Other events at the college included a coffee morning held by college staff, a home-baked cakes raffle and a loose change collection.
The college raised a total of £620 from the various activities during the day
David Blades, college principal, said: "Our students are always really keen to hold events for charitable causes. They are always imaginative with their ideas and use their initiative to get them to work. I am always happy to support their plans."
