WE all know there is a shortage of car parking in Kidderminster.
So why do some people park their cars in the Swan Centre multi-storey car park in such a way that they take up two spaces?
It is very frustrating to drive round looking for a space and see several instances of this selfish parking.
Surely if you take up two spaces you should buy two tickets?
