DARREN Raybould made a great return as substitute with two goals in Wyre Forest Brinton's 3-0 revenge victory over Ludlow Town Reserves in West Midlands League Division One South.

They dominated the second half to move into seventh place in the table against a side who thrashed them 7-1 in September.

But the match was marred when referee Lyndon Mason suffered a heart attack during the first half and had to be taken to hospital.

Keith Lane took over as the official after a 20-minute hold-up and the game ended goal-less at the interval.

Richard Costello had gone close for Forest Brintons, while Nicky Stocker hit the post for Ludlow and Simon Hills saved superbly from Adam Bowen.

But the home side dominated the second half and Andy Oakes soon scored with a low shot through a crowd of players after good work from Matthew Carter.

Forest Brintons brought on Raybould and Dwight Carter for his debut before going two ahead.

M Carter's corner was met by a superb glancing header from Raybould who was playing his first game since October 5.

Raybould finished off Ludlow's hopes with a low shot following M Carter's pass, giving Leech in the Ludlow goal no chance.

Forest/Brintons have no match on Saturday and their next game is against rivals Chaddesley Corbett on November 30.
