SCOUTS and Guides will be delivering Christmas cards across Bewdley, Stourport and Cleobury Mortimer - and most places in between - once again this year.
The Christmas post service will be up and running from Monday when special letterboxes will be open to deposit cards until Friday, December 20.
Sorting will take place that night and deliveries made until Christmas Eve.
The traditional service, carried out by Scouts and Guides in the three areas, will cover a 100 square mile area bounded by Doddington, Stottesdon, Kinlet, Trimpley, Wribbenhall, Stourport, Shrawley, Great Witley, Menith Wood, Frith Common, Mamble and Milson.
The charge is 10p per card while by law they cannot deliver parcels.
Cards can be posted at the special letterboxes at a host of locations across the district from where the stamps can also be bought.
The service is being organised in Bewdley for the 13th year running, during which time 180,000 cards have been delivered, raising £18,000 for Scout and Guide units.
A separate scheme for Kidderminster, Wolverley and Cookley also gets underway on Monday.
