OUT AND ABOUT: A wonderful discourse and slide show by Catherine Hartley at Bidford Library on Monday, November 11. Catherine is the first lady to have walked to both the North and South Poles, and she told with the help of pictures the trials and tribulations of these epic journeys.
A concert of 80s and 90s music will take place at the Crawford Hall on Saturday, the performing musicians are Mid Life Crisis, tickets £5 from Bidford News.
The funeral took place at Bidford Church on Monday of Mary Morley of Iona, High Street, Broom, a well respected member of the community and a stalwart member of the WI. Of Scots descent, she moved to Broom from the Birmingham area.
Pitchill House held its autumn fair at the weekend to raise funds.
