PETER Luff has spent two days at the UN in New York discussing Iraq's possession of weapons of mass destruction.
The Mid-Worcestershire MP was part of a small delegation of MPs from the All-Party Parliamentary United Nations Group which met Dr Hans Blix, the UN Chief Weapons Inspector, ambassadors to the security council, senior UN officials and representatives of research groups.
He said: "I was delighted to meet Hans Blix. A heavy burden rests on his shoulders as he seeks Iraqi compliance with the UN resolution.
"If anyone can solve this impossibly difficult question, he can."
