Talbot Head took full advantage of last weekend's weather to leapfrog Bull Allstars in the Soccer Site Malvern Football League.
Adam Heath and two goals from Lee Watts ensured the home side secured the three points against West Midlands and with the Bull Allstars fixture against St Peters being postponed Talbot Head move to the top of the division with a one point advantage.
Brewery collected their second league victory of the season since the opening day as they defeated visiting Eeore.
Dean Campbell, Gavin Locke, Steve Bramley and Pat Locke (2) helped Brewery collect the much-needed three points with a 5-2 win.
Martin Haron and Trevor Wogan were on target for Eeore.
