WATER supplies across Malvern were disrupted on Sunday. Hundreds of households found their taps had run dry after power cuts at pumping stations.
Jill Turton, of Severn Trent Water, said: "We had interruptions to the power supply to our reservoirs at Upper Wyche and Lower Wyche, which supply water to most of the town. It was a matter of getting generators to the reservoirs to get the pumps going again."
