A presentation of awards will take place at the annual general meeting of Upton Youth Band on Thursday (November 7). The presentation will be made by mayor Eric White at the meeting, at 7.30pm at Upton Sports Pavilion. The band, which finished fourth overall in the British Youth Bands Association rankings, earning promotion to the next league up, will also perform.
