Martin Rickard, who has won numerous gold medals, introduced members to ferns at the October meeting, and told of the problems of setting up stands, and his meetings with celebrities.
November 13 will be a "must" for Alpine lovers, when the former chairman of the Birmingham Group of the Alpine Garden Society, Ian Nex, will be the guest.
Members are asked to take their surplus plants, flowers and vegetables for the trade stand.
Visitors will be welcome at the meeting, which is preceded by coffee at 7.30pm in Chaddesley Corbett village hall.
