At the October 14 meeting, items discussed included the renovation of the embroidered cloth adorning the president's table, the purchase of a crystal glass carafe, engraved for the Queen's Jubilee, the new parish room, and the link to the East African League.
Coming events include a ghost walk in Worcester, the "Rhythm of Life" show in Malvern, a group meeting at Rock village hall, Christmas carol concert in Kidderminster and a coffee morning on November 12.
Barbara Charnock was the guest speaker, reading Poetry for Pleasure.
The next meeting will be on Monday, November 11, at Areley Kings parish room, when the competition will be A Light Supper for Remembrance Day.
Visitors will be welcome at the meeting, which will begin at 7.30pm.
