HOCKEY: Stourport Hockey Club will be aiming to conquer the second-half blues in National League Division One on Saturday.
They are without a league win after losing games against Chelmsford, Southgate and Bournville in the second periods.
But Stourport hope to change that record at newly promoted Belper on Saturday (1.30pm).
And player Phil Lashford said: "We need to put this second-half hoodoo to bed really.
"I believe it's a coincidence more than anything. But we need to make sure we score more goals when we are in control.
"We've probably played well enough to get something out of all the games we've had. We need to get a result this weekend."
Short-corner expert and Pakistan international Imran Yousaf has scored all Stourport's four goals so far.
Forwards Laith El-Khatib and Matt Ruxton are both searching for their opening strikes of the season for the first team.
Belper should include former Stourport man Tom Sherratt and inspirational player-coach Craig Keegan.
