ANYONE with land for sale in the two counties may want to contact a leading house builder.
Barratt Homes is stepping up its search for new land following a successful 12 months which has seen many of its current developments fast selling out.
"We're stepping up our search for land to meet the increasing demand for new homes and we're looking for sites of all kinds," said Stan Roden, managing director of Barratt Mercia.
"Large and small, urban and rural, with and without planning permission, in all areas.
"We also welcome opportunities to develop land in partnership, and with the demand for land at a premium, many people with potential sites will be surprised at how much their land is worth."
Barratt also provides free valuation on any potential sites.
