LIFE certainly won't be a 'beach' for Leigh Hopkins when he enters this weekend's three-hour endurance race at Weston-super-Mare!
The 17-year-old, who is being sponsored by his employer, Grinlec Electrical Contractors, has been moto cross racing for seven years but this is his first attempt at an event at which around 1000 riders will be on the start line.
The annual race is the biggest in the Moto Cross calendar and the Vale racer is hoping to finish in the top 200 and earn a day off work on Monday courtesy of his supportive boss!
