I WONDER who is responsible for squandering taxpayers' money on the new gates along the Worcester Birmingham Canal?
These useless obstacles are a danger to the blind and visually impaired also, children who use them as a plaything.
They are not needed - some are broken and remain open - so what was the point of replacing the previous completely adequate and safe structures?
