THE director of a business insurance intermediary which failed with debts estimated at £722,813 has given an undertaking not to hold directorships for eight years.
Simon Godwin of Moorcroft Gardens, Callow Hill, also undertook to take no part in company management for eight years after 0700 Realisations Ltd, based in Windsor Road, was wound up on July 25, 2000.
