A DOCUMENTARY by acclaimed director Ken Russell, featuring two Malvern children, will be screened by ITV this weekend.
Russell filmed Elgar - Fantasy on a Composer on a Bicycle on the Malvern Hills in June.
He visited the Jane Lush Drama School to cast two youngsters as Elgar's daughter and the composer as a child.
He eventually chose ten-year-old Louisa Nicholas, a pupil at Great Malvern Primary School, and Tim Green, nine, a pupil at St James's Primary School.
The programme will be showed on The South Bank Show, with Melvyn Bragg, on Sunday (September 22), at 11.15pm.
